Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education and retail operations. We partner with schools to create culinary experiences that propel students to success. Our goal is to provide healthy, nutritional meals with a stellar dining experience for our communities. The IT Manager is the go-to individual for our internal field systems and processes. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs, conducting needs assessments, managing service request tickets, providing technical support, and continuously improving processes. Data Architecture and Master Data
Ensuring Master Data is current with accurate information, for Student Nutrition-specific fields as well as enterprise standard items. Bi-Annual data updates from Front Line Manager. Participation at 90% or greater. Create and maintain centralized data organization, via SharePoint, shared Excel files, etc. across multiple departments. Monthly updates to shared data, coherent system used by most departments in Student Nutrition. Learn Power BI to make edits to existing dashboards and create high-quality dashboards for Student Nutrition. Deadlines met for new dashboards and system updates. Bring ideas to the table on how to improve data accuracy, engagement, and business impact. Regular goal setting initiatives. Field System Training
Design comprehensive training programs, including curriculum, modules, and materials, tailored to front line managers. Bi-Monthly Training Tuesday, Quarterly Small Group Course. Conduct training sessions in both individual and group settings, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques. Training surveys show improvement and positive trainee experience. Training courses are delivered in an organized manner with professional delivery. Collaborate with DM?s and other subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop customized solutions to address specific skill gaps. 2-4 new trainings developed per year, with examples of time-savings for front line operators. Field Service Tickets
Oversee service tickets and support requests from business, ensuring all tickets are addressed promptly and accurately. All end users are satisfied with ticket resolution in a timely manner, receive response within 24 hours of request. Continuously evaluate and improve service request processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction. Increasing end user satisfaction and time to resolve and increasing use of automation. Qualifications
Education and Experience: >2 years field operational experience, Bachelor's degree in any related field. Technical Skills: Ability to work independently, Ability to navigate and troubleshoot Aramark field systems (GFF, PRIMA, Birchstreet, PFS), Proficient in core Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Ability to expand capabilities with self-directed learning to other Microsoft Applications (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Platform). Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, Desire for continuous professional development and business growth. Work Environment and Conditions: Home Office-based work environment with occasional travel to other company locations, Collaborative and supportive team culture, Opportunities for professional growth and development, May require working outside of regular business hours to manage system upgrades or resolve critical issues, Frequent interaction with various departments and stakeholders.
