As the IT Project Manager V, you will use your in-depth knowledge and expertise to guide sophisticated, complex projects to successful resolution. Creative solutions are needed, and measurement and reporting are vital. This role cultivates positive relationships with company partners and leads other project managers. We are looking for someone who can bring a new perspective to improve performance, efficiency and safety!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Leads multiple, sophisticated projects with large impact
Understands business requirements, project risks and project lifecycle
Applies expertise and leadership skills to advise others and resolve issues
Measures and reports project performance to leadership
Cultivates positive relationships with others and mentors/leads other project managers
Collaborates with others on software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, modern testing methodologies and deployment management
Uses business applications for competitive advantage and analysis, drives the design and implementation experience with new technologies
Develops creative solutions to overcome roadblocks in project delivery
Possesses experience with Agile methodologies

Education/Years of Experience:
Required: Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or engineering and minimum eleven (11) years' experience in project management with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in information technology or high school diploma/GED and minimum thirteen (13) years' related business experience
Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Other Requirements:
Applies knowledge of business challenges to improve products, processes or services
Interprets internal/external customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies responses
Makes decisions within guidelines and policies; impacts standard and non-standard functional, operational, process, project or service activities
Has developed conceptual and practical expertise in own field
Explains issues and builds consensus w/peers in customer, vendor or regulatory organizations
Resolves complex problems, takes new perspective on existing solutions to improve performance, efficiency and safety
Forecasts, estimates, and manages program budgets
Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications?
