Full Time / Contractor (US Citizens only) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Project Manager or Program Director to lead complex SaaS and infrastructure implementation initiatives. This role requires a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, delivering enterprise-grade software solutions, and driving infrastructure modernization efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project and program delivery for SaaS and infrastructure deployments, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations. Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership. Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party integrations. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Implement and refine project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms. Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new systems and platforms. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 3 years focused on SaaS and infrastructure implementations. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and enterprise IT environments. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Preferred Experience Leading global or multi-site implementation projects. Working with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ITIL frameworks. Familiarity with compliance and security standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001). Seniority level
