As an IT Security & Systems Manager, your primary responsibilities are to ensure a positive member experience by:
- Manage the staff and resources dedicated to supporting office automation, PCs and end user equipment, network and systems security and database administration.
- Plans, manages, and controls the development and maintenance of systems, and IT risk management.
- Develops and establishes departmental standards and procedures.
- Evaluates current and projected hardware, software, and coordinates the installation of new systems.
- Oversight of the IT Risk Management (Information Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning, Change Management, IT Risk Assessments, IT Audits and Examinations, IT Regulatory Compliance, IT Policies and Procedures, documentation.)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
We are seeking a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security, and IT jobs. Experience in a Credit Union and Banking setting preferred. Bachelor's Degree required.
