The Operations Administrator IT is responsible for working in the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) which provides 7x24x365 monitoring, service restoration and operational support for Prime Therapeutics. This position is responsible for providing administrative support for IT functions such as media services, service desk, and knowledge management. Provide media services which include loading and unloading tapes, cataloging tapes, preparing tapes for shipping, and burning CDs
Assist with creation of knowledge articles and ongoing knowledge management (documentation) functions Support technical staff on tasks, backups, user requests, and other EOC-related activities ? Other duties as assigned High school diploma or GED equivalent from accredited institution 2-4 years of experience of providing administrative support for IT functions such as media services, service desk & knowledge management Experience using common computer technology such as email and a web browser Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Ability to operate controls on tape hardware Ability to work independently Written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills and strong attention to details Good interpersonal skills, with ability to operate in a stressful environment
