What’s Included: Fully equipped exam lane with modern diagnostic technology On-site optical and administrative support Turnkey setup—ready for you to start seeing patients immediately Marketing support to help drive traffic and increase visibility Seamless integration with retail operations to support patient referrals
What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive eye care services to a diverse patient population while building meaningful, long-term relationships. On a typical day, you can expect to perform 10 to 18 exams, with the flexibility to manage your practice your way.
Ideal Candidate: Licensed Optometrist in the state of Texas (new grads welcome) Self-motivated, professional, and passionate about patient care Interested in private practice growth through a sublease model Strong communication and clinical skills Comfortable working independently in a busy retail environment
