We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at AllCare Primary & Immediate Care in Ellicott City, MD. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality primary care in a well-organized, technologically advanced environment. Responsibilities
Provide accurate primary care services to adult patients, including routine physical exams and management of common conditions. Perform procedures such as Pap smears with attention to detail. Diagnose and treat medical conditions using evidence-based practices. Offer wellness counseling and manage urgent care cases efficiently. Collaborate with the care team and review labs and documents promptly. Complete electronic medical records within 72 hours. Manage patient flow effectively, seeing approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour. Maintain professionalism and uphold clinical standards in all interactions. Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Every other weekend: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Benefits
