Administer and optimize identity and access management solutions, with a primary focus on IAM platforms in our FedRAMP environment. Configure and manage user identities, roles, and access permissions across various IAM platforms with Role based Access Control (RBAC) principles. Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures to enhance security and maintain compliance. Design and develop automation processes handling identities across a variety of applications and tools. Lead IAM projects, coordinating with cross functional teams to implement identity solutions and integrations. Monitor and analyze IAM systems for potential security risks and perform regular audits. Provide guidance and support to end users on IAM tools and best practices. Collaborate with security teams to ensure alignment with security framework and strategies. Stay current with advancements in IAM technologies and security trends. Qualifications:
Qualified to work in FedRAMP environment, such as . or US . holder, and work on the US soil. Knowledge and experience of security frameworks and compliance standards of FedRAMP. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 years of hands on experience as an IAM Administrator or in a similar role, with extensive experience in Okta, Active Directory, AWS IAM and other IAM platfo
