Plastic Mold SetterA local manufacturing facility in the Girard area is seeking a Mold Setter to support its injection molding operations. This position involves setting up and changing molds, preparing machines for production, and ensuring smooth and efficient operation throughout the shift. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently.ResponsibilitiesInstall and remove plastic injection molds on molding machinesEnsure proper alignment, clamping, and connections during mold changesComplete mold change documentation and verify accuracyPerform visual inspections on molds and machines before and after setupUse hoists, cranes, and forklifts to safely move molds and related equipmentAssist with machine startups and troubleshoot setup/related issuesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work areaFollow all safety procedures and quality standardsQualifications and SkillsPrior experience in mold setting or plastic injection requiredAbility to read and follow work instructions and setup sheetsMechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipmentExperience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and hoistsGood communication, time management, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and follow safety protocolsBenefits/CompensationFull TimePay Rate is $18-22 per hour BOE1st shiftWeekly pay while employed through Career ConceptsBenefits available while employed through Career ConceptsTemp-To-HireBenefits after Probation periodLocationGirard, PAAbout Career Concepts Staffing Services, Inc.Career Concepts is the leading locally owned staffing company in Western Pennsylvania and New York, dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with exceptional opportunities.
