About Us Specified Sales Inc. is an independent manufacturer representative firm serving the Southern California market. We specialize in premium commercial roofing products, partnering with top-tier manufacturers to deliver exceptional service and results. We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Inside Sales / Office Manager/ Executive Assistant to join our team. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and managing day-to-day office operations, including billing and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Provide internal sales support for existing projects, including preparing technical submittal packages and maintaining CRM tracking. Maintain a current working knowledge of company products, sales programs, and marketing efforts. Field and direct inbound inquiries to the appropriate sales personnel; support a diverse customer base including contractors, architects, consultants, general contractors, and building owners. Oversee office administration, including billing, document management, and process coordination. Assist the business development team with event planning and coordination. Manage team travel logistics and scheduling. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the success of the company. Provide general administrative support to the president. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on building positive relationships. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong planning and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Basic Knowledge with QuickBooks preferred but not required.
