Graduate of an accredited Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency program. Completion of a Laryngology fellowship or equivalent. Eligible/certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Minnesota. Ability to obtain/maintain DEA certification in Minnesota. Meet credentialing and privileges requirements. Ability to work legally in the U.S., if applicable. Commitment to patient care, collaboration, education, research, and professionalism. About the Department
The department has over 130 years of history, with more than 40 physicians providing comprehensive care. It fosters collaboration across specialties and offers residency and fellowship programs. Compensation and Benefits
The salary begins at $52,000, with total compensation ranging from $300,000 to $400,000, based on clinical effort and effort level. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, professional development, and more. Application Process
