Graduate of an accredited Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency program. Completion of a Laryngology fellowship or equivalent. Eligible/certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Minnesota. Ability to obtain/maintain DEA certification in Minnesota. Meet credentialing and privileges requirements. Ability to work legally in the U.S., if applicable. Commitment to patient care, collaboration, education, research, and professionalism.
