Vacuum Care RPA Quality Analyst Position
Vacuum Care is a vaccine management platform that improves immunization rates and vaccine program profitability for healthcare providers. We are a selective group, looking for "A+" teammates to help us continue towards our vision. Vacuum Care's Automation Team is focused on maximizing efficiency across the company through automation. Our goals as a team are centered around improving the degree of efficiency, reducing manual effort, and optimizing process flow for maximum ROI. We evaluate processes to reduce redundancy and improve speed and quality through robotic process automation. As a result, we play an important part in the company's rapid growth! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Quality Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the testing and quality assurance of RPA processes and will be passionate about ensuring the highest quality automation solutions. As an RPA Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of RPA solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency. What To Expect In This Role
Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, and project teams to understand automation requirements and process flows. Design, execute, and maintain test cases for RPA processes, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting customer expectations. Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for RPA solutions. Identify, document, and track defects or issues and work with the development team to resolve them. Ensure that RPA bots operate within the defined specifications and business requirements. Validate RPA bots against real-world business scenarios, identifying improvements and ensuring they perform under different conditions. Review and validate automation workflows, ensuring they are free of defects and are efficient. Participate in the design and implementation of RPA test strategies, plans, and documentation. Conduct performance and scalability testing on RPA processes. Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and help troubleshoot issues as they arise. Create and maintain detailed reports on testing results, bug fixes, and improvements. Stay up to date with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve automation quality. Qualities Of The Ideal Candidate
Self-motivated ability to prioritize work to meet established metrics and goals. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to understand and document technical requirements clearly. Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess risk and impact on business processes. Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in RPA testing, automation, and quality assurance (2+ years preferred). Familiarity with popular RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and load testing. Experience with test case design, defect tracking, and reporting tools. Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or VBScript) is a plus. Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for RPA. Experience with performance testing and monitoring RPA bots in production.
