$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr A luxury architectural interior design studio celebrated for crafting richly layered, atmospheric spaces that are both bold and timeless. Known for its bespoke approach and deep knowledge of classical and modern design traditions, the studio creates exceptional high-end residences, private estates, and signature environments for a global clientele, seamlessly integrating historical references with refined craftsmanship. Key Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in residential interior design Degree from a two- or four-year accredited interior design program (preferred) Strong knowledge of color theory, materiality, furniture sourcing, and FF&E Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Microsoft Office, and Design Manager Experience preparing detailed drawing sets including floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules (finish, plumbing, door, and lighting) Familiarity with furniture installation plans and coordination with consultants and vendors Confident client-facing skills and ability to manage projects independently Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills Self-motivated, creative, and able to work both collaboratively and independently Develop interior schemes including sourcing for furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics, and decorative elements Contribute to all aspects of the project, including design, coordination, budgeting, and operations Generate visual presentations using various digital and physical media Lead client communication and coordination throughout all phases of the project Prepare and review detailed construction drawing sets and FF&E documentation Coordinate architectural finishes and ensure compliance with design intent Manage FF&E budgets and oversee procurement, placement, and installation Review samples and shop drawings for accuracy and alignment with specifications Seniority level
