Safavieh is an upscale global home furnishings, rugs & accessories company seeking a proactive, personable, highly motivated, and organized Design Consultant and Salesperson. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, responsible, and detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and professional development. This position provides a foundational skill set for a successful career. Our store is located in Norwalk, CT. Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance consistent with dress code and image guidelines Provide excellent customer service Work one weekend day a week Engage and motivate customers and team members to reach sales goals and foster growth Qualifications:
At least 3 years of retail furniture experience in a high-end store Proven success in sales Computer proficiency Retail interior design experience is highly preferred Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Compensation:
$65,000 - $80,000 annually Full-time position Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with 2% match, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave
