Posted Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 7:00 AM This position is based onsite at our Tracy, CA facility. The salary range for this role is $71,000 - $98,000. Responsible for Inventory Control in a fast-paced production plant within FreshRealm’s operations team. The Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of company specifications. The Supervisor ensures adequate inventory of material and products in accordance with inventory cycles and organizational philosophy. Provide training and motivation to team members, using recognition, positive feedback, and other rewards with appropriate discretion in a continuous improvement environment. Follows all health and safety standards and enforces the use of PPEs. Key Responsibilities Complies with and promotes all GMPs Executes and promotes safe work practices at all times Conducts Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution Oversees and evaluates stock rotation procedures (FIFO) Trains staff in product dating and creates procedures to eliminate loss Notifies leadership of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability Receives inbound product Ships outbound product Audits inbound & outbound movements for accuracy Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Skills and Requirements Basic math skills required (counting, multiplication, conversions, fractions) Practical experience with ERP software (SAP experience a plus) An understanding of basic warehouse operations An understanding of perishable food stocking An understanding of Just In Time inventory strategies Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required Ability to tolerate short periods of exposure to freezer temperatures Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Experience / Education Completion of High School or GED A minimum of 2 years experience in inventory & receiving; management experience preferred.
