Position Requirements
High School Diploma
Current valid State Driver’s license and car insurance (insurance limits of 250/500)
Registered Nurse (RN-BC)
Outstanding English language skills: speaking, writing, grammar, professional communication
Proficient with PCs, Windows, MS Office Suite (typing at a moderate speed), and willing to learn new technologies
Excellent prioritization, problem solving, organization, and time management skills
Strong character: Dependability, Honesty, Determination, and Compassion
Willingness to obtain CCM certification after the first year of employment
Ability to establish a home office with a strong internet connection
Understanding and appreciation of excellent customer service and a desire to serve
All credentials and licensure must be valid and maintained
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher education
Related Certifications: CCM, CDMS, ACM, LCSW, CRC
Background in Nursing, Social Work, Counseling, Occupational Health, Psychology, or Chiropractic

RN, Case Manager
(Field-based position servicing Salinas and surrounding areas)
Responsibilities Provide quality medical case management for injured workers, coordinate appropriate care, communicate professionally with insurance carriers, healthcare providers, vendors, employers, and attorneys. Attend medical appointments in person, complete thorough documentation, and qualify for bonus compensation. Enjoy flexibility and autonomy in your schedule. Requires a strong work ethic and high integrity.
Compensation $120,000 to $180,000 annually

Potential to impact earnings through effort; bonus pay is uncapped
