This is a permanent, full-time opportunity (hybrid). Ideal candidate will have recent defense experience and be comfortable heading to court upon starting the role. A varied mix of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination experience is desired. Active CA Bar and prior litigation experience are required.
