Java Developer (Websphere, Oracle exp) _ Govt. exp preferred

We cater to clients globally by providing dynamic IT solutions tailored to their requirements. We are looking to fill a Java Developer position in Durham, NC. The selected candidate will work with senior technical consultants on case management system design and development. Responsibilities include assisting with design requirements, code development, participating in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, and managing the software development lifecycle. Minimum Qualifications:
Experience as a Java developer throughout the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address technical issues effectively. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in creating technical documentation using MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Ability to build relationships with clients by responding promptly to their needs and demonstrating initiative. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing complex technical procedures. Technical expertise in web application analysis and programming: Java, J2EE, J2SE, XML, XSL. Experience with Eclipse IDE, HTML, CSS, and Web Services standards (SOAP, WSDL). Experience working with Oracle databases and related tools.
