Essential Functions
Collect and analyze data for potential business expansion. Identify specific business opportunities. Utilize established knowledge and external learnings or experience to bring in new insights, developments, and opportunities to the team. Influence stakeholders to support business projects. Lead projects and partner with other teams to produce better business outcomes. Ensure optimization and validation initiatives are implemented, tracked and reviewed postproduction. Test business processes and recommend improvements. Visualize, design and prepare data in a framework that can be utilized by served and self-serving stakeholders with direction from senior members of the team. Shape, explore and propose data for business analysis or stakeholder initiatives using core Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Understand which tools and techniques should be used based on the situation presented. Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations. Utilize a variety of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights. Annotate impactors that lead to data anomalies. Identify internal and external drivers to changes in business metrics and process outcomes. Maintain integrity of the data catalog to ensure successful self-service. Serve as first escalation point for complex technical problems. Maintain a presence in the broader data and analytics community. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field. 3-5 years experience with hands-on data visualization design and development in large-scale and complex environments. Experience with SQL. Experience with Tableau and Tableau Server.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with organizational data flow and its use in management decision-
