Junior Web Developer

to support front-end builds, platform maintenance, and digital innovation across high-profile GOP clients and political campaigns. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who’s ready to grow with a battle-tested team of campaign veterans. You’ll work side-by-side with senior developers, creatives, and strategists to launch and maintain campaign websites, troubleshoot bugs, and implement clean, responsive, performance-optimized web solutions. If you’ve worked in politics—or want to—you’ll thrive in this mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Web Development & Maintenance Support front-end feature implementation across campaign platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues. Optimize sites for performance, speed, SEO, and accessibility. Assist in developing landing pages and digital tools for campaigns. Work with designers and developers to meet rapid political deadlines. Help manage client websites, domains, and Google Workspace access. Contribute to site testing, debugging, and post-launch updates. Participate in website migrations and CMS upgrades. Stay up-to-date on modern web tools and development trends. Participate in code reviews and refine technical skillsets. Explore frameworks and deployment tools that improve workflows. Write clean, well-documented code ready for future scaling. Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of hands-on experience in web development. Familiar with CMS platforms, Hugo, and Node.js (TypeScript a plus). Exposure to Docker, CircleCI, and/or PHP is a bonus. Solid problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills for internal and client-facing collaboration. Detail-focused with a clean coding style.
