Jobright.ai Robbins Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing company that unites premier roofing service providers across the country. They are seeking a skilled Integration Project Manager to lead cross-functional post-acquisition integration projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational alignment while serving as a central point of contact between internal teams and newly acquired businesses. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain detailed project plans and timelines • Coordinate functional leads across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and more • Facilitate weekly integration meetings and follow-ups • Mitigate Risk & Drive Accountability • Monitor project milestones, blockers, and dependencies • Proactively communicate issues and escalate as needed • Serve as Liaison to Sellers • Gather diligence materials and ensure timely delivery of integration data • Maintain communication with Sellers throughout onboarding • Track documentation, reporting, and post-close activities • Support timely completion of administrative updates Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field • 2–4 years of relevant experience in integration, M&A, or operations • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects • Excellent at leading meetings and coordinating across departments • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills • Calm under pressure with the ability to manage shifting priorities • Tech-savvy and familiar with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, etc.) Preferred: • Experience in a growth-oriented or PE-backed environment Company: Robbins Recruiting Solutions LLC (RRS) is a boutique recruiting consulting firm that specializes in recruitment strategy solutions and direct placement services.
