As a vital member of our sales team, you will assist in various operational tasks while driving sales growth through a variety of roles including sales, cashiering, replenishing, and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and through online orders.
• Engage actively with customers, showcasing your selling expertise.
• Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
• Read customer cues and respond proactively to their needs.
• Inform customers about loyalty programs, current promotions, and our diverse merchandise selection.
• Uphold the company’s branding standards by treating customers and colleagues with respect and professionalism.
• Achieve or exceed goals set by company initiatives and programs.
• Help process merchandise receipts efficiently.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Ensure merchandise is presented well and inventory levels are accurate.

• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Energetic, people-oriented, competitive spirit with a strong drive for success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Ability to interpret company communications and manuals effectively.
• Flexible schedule to align with the store's business needs.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a cohesive team.
• Comfortable ascending/descending ladders and moving merchandise of 50 pounds or more.
• Skilled in operating Point of Sale systems and registers accurately.
• Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods while assisting customers.
