Litigation Attorney

with

5+ years of experience

in labor and employment law, ideally on the

defense or firm side . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling employment litigation matters in state and federal court, along with experience representing public- and private-sector employers in a range of workplace-related disputes. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of employment litigation matters, from investigation and discovery through trial or settlement Represent clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies (e.g., MCAD, EEOC), and arbitration panels Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and attend mediations and hearings Advise clients on employment-related matters such as workplace policies, terminations, discrimination, wage & hour issues, and labor relations Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Massachusetts Minimum of 5 years of labor & employment litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting Demonstrated ability to manage litigation cases independently and efficiently Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills What We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefits package High-caliber, collaborative team environment Meaningful responsibility and client interaction Opportunity to work with recognized leaders in the labor and employment field Seniority level
