As a Senior Back-End Engineer , you will design, build, and maintain scalable, secure server-side applications. Collaborating with front-end developers, DevOps, and product stakeholders, you will implement APIs and business logic, write clean and well-tested code, optimize performance, and stay updated with the latest backend technologies. A day in the life of a Senior Back-End Engineer Manage the full development cycle of new epics from design to deployment. Design and implement new software features. Create and document technical designs ensuring high performance and scalability. Conduct performance analysis and debugging. Deploy daily updates to production. Provide guidance on complex technical challenges. Perform code reviews to ensure quality. Job requirements Are you the right fit? Proven excellence in software engineering. User-centered mindset and Agile experience. Interest in emerging trends and technologies. Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. My experience: Four years in cloud software development. Expertise in at least two of Golang, Node.js, MongoDB, Clickhouse, Kafka. Strong background in distributed architectures, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of system observability. Fluent in English for an English-speaking work environment.
