Director Of Operations & Talent Acquisition at Lashly & Baer, P.C.
Lashly & Baer, P.C. seeks a civil litigation attorney, with 2 - 4 years’ experience, to join its Litigation Practice Group with an emphasis in transportation defense.The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of insurance defense, transportation law, premises liability, products liability. Ideal candidate would be licensed in Missouri and Illinois. Primary duties include working with a skilled team to develop all aspects of cases for trial and to achieve great results for our clients.Attorney will work closely with clients to develop litigation strategies, conduct fact and expert discovery, and handle court-related matters. The successful candidate must have excellent academic qualifications, strong communication and writing skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to function both independently and within a team.
