Job Description Job Title : Lead AI & Generative AI Solutions Architect Job Type : C2C Experience : 10-15 years Location : San Jose, California (On-Site) Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in the development of AI and Generative AI solutions. Design and architect scalable AI systems that meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies. Facilitate communication between technical and non technical stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project timelines and deliverables. Prepare and present technical documentation and project updates to management. Mandatory Skills 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI technologies. Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful projects. Relevant certifications in AI or project management are a plus. Proven experience in AI and Generative AI Architecture. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools. Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development. Qualification Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
