Job Description: This role is responsible for the day-to-day implementation and administration of security for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) teams, supporting applications such as AD, Azure, SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, Oracle, SQL, Unix, SAP R/3, and SAP Hana. The position also involves monitoring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act, as well as IT policies, standards, and procedures. Essential Functions: Testing and managing the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual SOX controls. Ensuring compliance with all internal and regulated controls. Maintaining and assigning pre-authorized user accounts across all SAP instances and clients. Facilitating security requirements between the SAP user community, configuration and programming teams, and SAP R/3 Security Administration. Researching, evaluating, and implementing new IAM security products, procedures, and methods. Developing, implementing, and maintaining role-based access control (RBAC) configuration in SailPoint IdentityIQ. Developing and administering information security rules and authorizations across all IAM applications. Monitoring and managing ServiceNow IAM queues to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. Possessing foundational knowledge of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Azure AD. Providing support and assistance during internal and external audits. Investigating misuse of computer resources. Providing business continuity support. Providing 24-hour on-call support, including evenings and weekends. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of three years of experience in SAP R/3 security, including experience with Business Warehouse, ECC 6.0, and SAP GRC. Minimum of two years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration. Minimum of two years of experience leading a team with diverse skill sets.
