Compensation Pay Range:$100000-$120000/hrs
Description • Provide expert-level support and configuration for assigned applications. • Lead implementation efforts for new solutions and upgrades. • Assist, train, and support junior analysts in system operations and administration. • Collaborate with all organizational levels to enhance tool usage for operational efficiencies. • Manage customer expectations, deliverables, and create custom solutions for workflow issues. • Troubleshoot IT application issues and ensure successful delivery of IT services. • Contribute to the department's mission by applying skills aligned with organizational values and goals.
Key Responsibilities • Initiate and maintain positive relationships with key customers and coworkers. • Participate in the hiring process and provide input on team member evaluations. • Communicate effectively with customers regarding system updates and issues. • Direct deliverables and distribute work assignments among team members. • Manage large-scale projects and coordinate regular status sessions. • Implement and support complex applications with technical expertise in systems analysis and design. • Identify solutions to optimize system performance and gain customer consensus on changes.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. • Five years of experience in direct support and/or development of clinical or business applications. • Experience in supporting large-scale clinical, ancillary, or business environments. • Certification as appropriate to assigned applications; certification must be maintained within six months. • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English necessary for job functions. • Leadership skills and ability to influence others to meet team goals. • Knowledge of project management methodologies through system implementations.
