6+ months Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Project Manager
to join a leading organization in Plano, TX, experiencing significant growth and transformation. This role will focus on driving multiple cross-functional projects focused on business process improvement initiatives, fostering innovation, and delivering impactful solutions across applications, data/reporting, infrastructure, and operational excellence. A background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement is ideal. Familiarity with tools like SmartSheets, JIRA, Enterprise ERP, CRM, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Key Responsibilities Lead Discovery Sessions Stakeholder Engagement Use Case Development Continuous Improvement Solution Implementation Adoption and Training Project Management Visualization and Reporting Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Experience : 7+ years of experience in project management, business process improvement, or innovation roles in enterprise retail or logistics environments. Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results. Experience with Enterprise ERP, CRM systems, and process optimization. Knowledge of tools such as SmartSheets and JIRA. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus. Understanding of business systems, infrastructure, and operational processes. Able to prioritize, work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
