As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be working with an agile team dedicated to improving and developing cutting-edge technology products that are secure, stable, and scalable. You'll collaborate directly with business, quant, and technology teams to solve complex problems and implement new solutions in the equity derivatives space. The role requires expertise in Java technologies and frameworks, with a strong background in microservices architecture and distributed systems. You'll be working with modern technologies including Kafka, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ, while ensuring high performance and reliability of mission-critical systems. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, architecting solutions, writing high-quality code, and ensuring operational stability of applications. You'll need to have strong experience with JVM performance analysis and be comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments.
