The IT Senior Lead Software Engineer Service Assurance is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces for software solutions that ensure high network reliability, performance monitoring, and automation in telecom operations. This role involves leading software development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative technologies to optimize service assurance processes. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to architect, implement, and manage scalable solutions across our enterprise. This role will lead a team of engineers and design and develop user interfaces for the service assurance suite of software. Candidates should have demonstrable experience creating intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks. This is a work from home position within the US. The Main Responsibilities

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Experience with modern web UI design technologies Proficiency in UI/UX design principles 8+ years of experience in software development Expertise in programming languages Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture Proficiency in scripting languages Strong understanding of networking, security, and containerization Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect are a plus Experience with AI, ML, automation, and predictive analytics for network optimization Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Compensation: This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
