Lead the on-site management of healthcare construction projects from groundbreaking to completion. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, site safety, and quality control. Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations for quality and timeliness. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve challenges effectively. 5-7+ years of Superintendent experience (running projects start to finish as the lead) Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience) Has a valid MA-CSL Project experience in one of their core markets: healthcare, multifamily, academic or commercial Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills What's On Offer
