1-3 years in content development, with hands-on experience in a digital adoption platform, preferably Pendo. Education:
Degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or a UX Writing certification is preferred but not required. Additional preferred skills: Experience with tools like Captivate, Articulate 360, Camtasia, SnagIt, Audacity, Vyond, Microsoft Office, Adobe products. Technical aptitude for learning new development tools. Basic programming knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, BBcode. Comfort with browser consoles and troubleshooting. Strong writing, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
