Learning Experience Production Manager
to lead a team of Learning Experience Designers. This role involves driving high-impact learning solutions, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring operational excellence to enhance the learner experience. What You'll Do People Leadership and Coaching: Inspire and develop a high-performing team through effective coaching, clear communication, and engagement. Capacity Planning and Resource Management: Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation, ensuring team bandwidth aligns with business priorities using tools like Jira. Capability Development: Promote continuous learning by identifying development opportunities and enabling professional growth. Design Quality and Standards: Ensure adherence to instructional design frameworks and quality benchmarks for consistent, high-quality learning experiences. Project Delivery and Sprint Leadership: Lead global sprint cycles to deliver innovative and timely learning solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Learning Experience Leads, Program Managers, and stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives meet organizational goals. Basic Qualifications 3-5 years designing learning solutions for customer support organizations. 1-2 years of people management experience within a global organization. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Learning Design, Education Technology, or related fields. Experience with AI-enhanced learning tools and data-driven decision-making. Certifications in project management or learning technologies. Strong understanding of adult learning theories and learning science. Experience with LMS/LXPs and analytics platforms. Knowledge of instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles. Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. Familiarity with Gen AI tools. The role is based in Chicago, IL, with a salary range of USD $95,500 - $106,250 annually, including potential bonuses, equity, and benefits. For more details, visit
