We're hiring a strategic, business-savvy Learning Program Manager, Onboarding to join our growing Learning + Development team at Fanatics Betting & Gaming. In this role, you'll own and evolve our bi-weekly new hire orientation and partner with business leaders to design and scale onboarding programs for key teams like VIP, Trading, and Engineering. You'll operate at the intersection of learning experience design, stakeholder consulting, and program management, ensuring new hires feel confident, connected, and capable from day one. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role ideal for someone who's equal parts instructional designer, onboarding strategist, and facilitation powerhouse. What You'll Do: Program Ownership: Launching into Better (LIB) Manage the end-to-end experience of our bi-weekly virtual new hire orientation. Lead scheduling, communications, logistics, and facilitation. Regularly update orientation content based on business changes and feedback. Track attendance, satisfaction, and learner feedback to iterate and enhance the experience. Functional Onboarding Consulting Partner with leads across VIP, Trading, Engineering, and more to understand onboarding needs. Co-create and consult on functional onboarding plans, including toolkits, role-based learning paths, and specialized onboarding for M&A integrations. Drive alignment between decentralized onboarding efforts and L+D's central strategy. Stakeholder Engagement Scope onboarding and enablement requests into clear, actionable learning solutions. Collaborate with SMEs, people partners, and facilitators to ensure smooth execution and strong learner outcomes. Enablement Design + Ops Design and curate learning materials in various formats: slides, job aids, facilitator guides, eLearning, and more. Use data and feedback to assess impact and continuously improve. Help shape a learning brand that's business-aligned, learner-focused, and engaging. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or talent development, preferably in a consultative or client-facing role Strong facilitation skills and experience leading onboarding programs or new hire experiences. Strong project management and communication skills, especially with cross-functional stakeholders. Comfort designing or curating content across modalities (live, digital, blended). Experience using learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and/or AI tools to streamline creation and delivery. Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly Nice to Have Knowledge of sports betting, customer service, and/or VIP teams is a plus Experience working with learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP) Background working in or supporting high-growth tech or service organizations The expected salary range for this role is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program. *Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $105,000 to $140,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
