Your Role
The Provider Education team develops learning resources for contracted providers to help them work more effectively with Blue Shield and promote member satisfaction. The Learning Systems Administrator, Senior will report to the Senior Program Manager, Provider Education. In this role you will manage and execute the implementation and delivery of provider learning resources including learning management system (LMS) course delivery, webinar events, and email campaigns.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior relevant experience as webinar producer, LMS administrator, training coordinator or related role. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Experience working with a Learning Management System including setting up courses, users, and reports is required.
- Experience in using Webex or similar live webinar platforms to schedule and/or host webinars is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience with Adobe Learning Manager is desired.
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communications and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adept at explaining technical considerations to non-technical people.
- Strong organizational skills.
