Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a docket of litigated and pre-litigation personal injury cases Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial where necessary Work closely with partners on case strategy and trial prep Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel What We’re Looking For: 5–10 years of civil litigation experience At least 2 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills A proactive, collaborative, and grounded approach to client advocacy A commitment to social justice and client-centered advocacy. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range:
In accordance with California’s pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is between $140,000-$180,000 depending on experience. Bonus structure:
Performance-based bonus based on fees generated Competitive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan. Flexible hybrid work environment.
