Draft and file legal documents, including briefs, motions, and other litigation-related materials. Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on case strategy and litigation approaches. Engage in brainstorming sessions to discuss case developments and strategies with the broader legal team. Provide counsel to clients regarding case developments and legal options. Requirements: Strong grasp of wage and hour, PAGA, and class action litigation. Ability to independently manage a full caseload while collaborating with team members. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admitted to the California State Bar. Skills: Extensive litigation experience in labor and employment law. Proficient legal research and case management abilities. Strong attention to detail with a focus on providing high-quality legal services. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining independence in handling cases.
