Company DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Purpose: Maintain all tooling and support production with mold repair/maintenance operationsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, as well as standard work procedures.Interact with engineering, production, and tooling staff when troubleshooting molds.Identify solutions to complex molding and mold problems as they pertain to injection molding manufacturing.Create work orders for service of all molds and maintain records as required.Coordinate the implementation of solutions for needed repairs.Verify molds are production ready; advise production and engineering of condition of molds.Train others on operation of equipment in the Tool Repair department.Other duties as assigned.POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent5+ years of experience in mold making, mold design, and/or mold processes strongly preferredAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:Mechanical aptitude.Microsoft Office and Engineering software computer skills.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Works in a clean manufacturing and warehouse environment that includes moderate to high noise levels.QualificationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent5+ years of experience in mold making, mold design, and/or mold processes strongly preferredAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:Mechanical aptitude.Microsoft Office and Engineering software computer skills.PAY RANGE: $25 - $40/hr (USD Hourly)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.For US Benefits, CLICK HERE.Nemera is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, religion, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected class indication.
