As an Assembler, you will verify and assemble units safely and in a quality manner, along with other key responsibilities to ensure efficiency, while supporting team-oriented goals. What We Offer $20.00 per hour Monday - Thursday | 6:30am - 5:00pm with OT as needed on Friday Night Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We're Looking For High School Diploma (preferred) Basic English language competency 2 - 3 years of manufacturing experience required Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements Ability to read and follow specific work instructions Flexibility to handle frequent business needs and changes Ability to lift 26 - 50 lbs What You'll Do as an Assembler Assemble units safely and within standard cycle times Operate equipment safely and effectively Support standardized work processes and team-oriented goals Participate in continuous improvement activities and 5S activities Verify correct part numbers and ensure prior parts are assembled or welded correctly Various responsibilities Perform other tasks as assigned
