As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate plant maintenance operations to ensure equipment, buildings, and facilities run safely and efficiently. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field 3+ years of experience in maintenance supervision in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and maintenance best practices Experience managing maintenance budgets Preferred Education and Experience
MSHA certification General Requirements
Proficiency in developing and implementing maintenance strategies, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives Excellent problem-solving skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with production and maintenance teams Essential Functions
Supervise hourly maintenance staff, including electricians, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently Develop and implement planned and preventive maintenance strategies for plant equipment and facilities Enforce safety regulations and company policies; conduct inspections and address potential hazards Collaborate with production to drive continuous improvement and implement process optimizations
