$70,000 - $90,000, based on experience About the Role:
As a key member of NVIDIA's Marketing Operations team, you will manage the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) process, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and timeliness. You will support OEM Partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams within NVIDIA. Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of the MDF process, educating team members on partner-funded MDF nuances. Manage MDF budgets and assist with claim submissions, documentation, and guideline enforcement. Coordinate with accounts payable to resolve questions. Translate marketing plans into MDF portal activities. Summarize MDF activities and present to executives, facilitating business reviews. Maintain positive relationships with MDF partners and internal teams. Ensure data accuracy for reporting and build financial reports for stakeholders. Establish guidelines, timelines, and templates to improve MDF workflows. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years in business finance, operations, or marketing; 2+ years managing MDF processes in high-tech marketing. Experience in marketing, budgeting, reporting, and operations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Self-motivated with problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams. Basic understanding of financial processes. Preferred Skills:
Curiosity and good humor. Experience leading MDF processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills. Experience with co-marketing/alliances. Knowledge of workflow automation tools and Salesforce reporting. Strong business judgment and time management.
