In this position... You will drive transformation through structured change management, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies across the organization. Specifically, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance supply chain performance, resilience, and agility. This role is responsible for managing complex, end-to-end supply chain programs that span procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the automotive sector, a strong understanding of tiered supplier networks, and the ability to lead through change, in a fast-paced, global environment.
