1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from Agile Tech Labs This position is responsible for providing technical support for COTS (Commercial Off the Shelf) packages for the Management and Budget side of DTMB. This role will perform system administrator assignments including but not limited to installing systems and application components and configuring them on Windows and Linux environments. This role will also be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, researching and presenting options, analyzing and recommending solutions for both ongoing application changes and new efforts. Ensuring application and infrastructure security following Federal, State, and industry standards is also essential. This position requires heavy collaboration with vendors, customers, and other technical teams to understand and execute projects and changes in a timely manner. The candidate should be proficient and knowledgeable with tools and technologies such as: Windows Server administration (2016 and later), RHEL 7.0 and above, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP), Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Management Studio, Dynatrace/Similar debug tools, XML, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Visio, SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), Network knowledge (LAN/WAN), Architecture, Firewalls, IoT, etc. This position involves maintaining various COTS applications and configuring changes for some SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have thorough analytical skills and extensive experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, monitoring, networks, firewalls, architecture including diagramming, remediating vulnerabilities, and other application and server support duties. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in: Installing and configuring systems and application components on Windows and Linux environments. Gathering and documenting requirements, researching and presenting options, analyzing and recommending solutions for ongoing application changes and new projects. Working with tools and technologies such as Windows Server (2016+), RHEL 7.0+, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Management Studio, Dynatrace, XML, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Visio, SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), Networks (LAN/WAN), Architecture, Firewalls, IoT. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in: Implementing and configuring applications in Azure Cloud infrastructure, proficiency in Azure services, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
