A Member Technical Staff (MTS), Analog Circuit Design Engineer in HBM will need to have significant experience in modern analog architects! You will be responsible for the development large blocks of the analog circuits. Development includes defining requirements, developing specifications, architecting powerup, being responsible for circuit development, simulations across the product envelope, guiding physical layout, supervising cross talk, and driving validation!
How To Qualify

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 15+ year of proven experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 10+ years of mixed signal design and development
• Experience with innovative foundry processes
• Hands on experience in full chip analog architecture definition
• Proven understanding of industry SOC and IP procedures
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience in development of mixed signal custom product
• In-depth knowledge of post-Silicon validation methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of industry standard power busing and energy estimation
• 10 + years of proven experience in memory development
• Deep understanding of signal integrity, channel characteristics, and ESD design techniques and topologies
  

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$170,500.00 - $322,500.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
