Machine Operator
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. Multiple shifts are available. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Lincoln, NH Pay Range: $18.63 per hour + Shift Differential What's the Job? Operate machine shop and press operations to assist in manufacturing processes. Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings to ensure accurate production. Maintain inventory of products at workstations and perform quality checks. Identify product defects and report them to ensure quality standards are met. Adjust machine settings as necessary to complete assigned tasks efficiently. What's Needed? Ability to read and interpret measuring devices and blueprints. Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required. Strong manual dexterity and ability to use basic hand tools. Commitment to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. What's in it for me? No meal deductions; you are paid for all hours worked.
