SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a Manager, Strategy Implementation. What you'd be doing: Partner with the team to enhance our strategy implementation framework, including tools and processes, driving the effective implementation of our new strategy construct. Lead RFP of various industry leading project execution tools across the enterprise and make go-forward recommendations. Lead enterprise-wide project to migrate 50+ use cases on current tool to new solution(s). Drive the technical development and maintenance of strategic capability roadmaps aligned with corporate OKRs, directly supporting our most strategic initiatives and integration efforts. Continuously improve strategy implementation tools and processes based on stakeholder needs and feedback. Configure tools and build workflows, forms, dashboards, and automations to streamline everyday work. Help standardize and document execution processes to reduce inefficiencies and improve clarity. Provide training, support, and documentation to ensure stakeholders understand the value to leverage execution tools for value-add service. Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and introduce smarter ways of executing. Track tool usage and adoption; measure the success of improvements using KPIs and feedback. We're looking for someone who has: 46 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or tools administrationideally in a fast-growing or small company environment. Proficient with tools like Power Apps, Smartsheet, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, and Wrike. Strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to simplify and organize. Experience mapping workflows and identifying automation or improvement opportunities. Comfortable wearing multiple hats and shifting between strategic and tactical tasks. Excellent written and verbal skills, with a focus on clarity, impact, and executive readiness, and ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Effective multitasker with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing momentum. Comfortable challenging the status quo and developing innovative, scalable solutions to enterprise-level problems. Highly preferred candidates also have: Experience within the property and casualty insurance industry. Knowledge of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile for optimizing processes. Previous experience working in a geographically dispersed (remote) team.
