Role Description This is a either a full-time hybrid role located in Naples, FL for a Clinical Director, PsyD or a part-time remote "Note Signing and Supervision" only position. We are flexible and willing to work with a PsyD to customize this position based on our needs and the psychologists availability. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring the highest standards of mental and behavioral health care. Daily tasks include managing patient care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans. The Clinical Director will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and lead clinical meetings. Qualifications Expertise in Behavioral Health Experience in Clinical Supervision and Clinical Operations Strong background in Psychology and Mental Health Exceptional leadership and communication skills Ability to work on-site and manage a team of healthcare professionals Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) or related field Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Florida Previous management experience in a clinical setting is preferred Seniority level
