What You’ll Get To Do
The
Manufacturing Shift Supervisor - Anodizing
is focused on meeting/improving and maintaining safety, employee relations, training, productivity, and quality standard goals. and reports to the Anodize Manager .
This role is perfect for an individual who wants to be in a team environment supportive of the employees, organization, as well as safety . A vital member of the
Manufacturing Anodizing Team , this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
Supervise a diverse work group including the racking, unracking/inspecting, tank and crane operation, lab, and wastewater Facilitate problem solving efforts, identify root causes, implement solutions, audit and report results to the Anodize Manager and Maintenance Train employees and facilitate goal oriented continuous improvement processes to reduce waste and improve processes (Processes include, but are not limited to: OpEx, Lean and 5S techniques). Monitor and manage production Monitor and manage scheduled and unscheduled
What We Are Looking For
Aluminum Anodizing Supervision Experience Have a basic understanding of inorganic Ability to learn and understand the Anodizing process and Crane Possess an understanding of process control Basic understanding of manufacturing and service-oriented business
