Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Marketing Associate to support the design, creation, and execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, email, print, and other channels Manage social media platforms, monitoring engagement and analyzing results Collaborate with vendors and partners to execute promotional events Analyze marketing data to inform and improve ongoing strategies Conduct market research to keep campaigns aligned with industry trends Coordinate logistics for special events such as trade shows Support travel advisors with targeted marketing campaigns Maintain website content and assist with other marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Self-starter with the ability to work independently Proficiency with marketing software and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, Google Analytics, SEO tools) Graphic design or web development experience a plus, but not required
Working Conditions:
Office-based in Boca Raton, Florida Flexible part-time hours, with occasional evenings or weekends for events
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods Ability to sit, stand, and move intermittently through the day
